  • How do I reserve services with Meadowlands Moving Labor?
    Services can be reserved directly with Meadowlands Moving Labor & through our Affiliates U-Haul Moving Help, movinglabor.com, & MoversCorp.
  • How do I reserve U-Box Moving Services with Meadowlands Moving Labor?
    All U-Box Moving Services must be reserved at www.uhaul.com/ubox and selecting Meadowlands Moving Labor as your preferred U-Box Moving Service Provider.
  • What is the minimum hours required to reserve services with Meadowlands Moving Labor?
    Meadowlands Moving Labor has a 2 Hour minimum for all services. Additional Hour rates are based on the service location
  • I plan on renting a Moving Truck & need assistance driving, will Meadowlands Moving assist with driving the truck?
    Insurance Regulations & Affiliate agreements prohibit our team to assist with operating the rental moving truck. Meadowlands Moving Labor company policy requires clients who wish to rent moving moving trucks to safely operate the rental moving truck. Please Note: Meadowlands Moving Labor LLC is not liable for damage on rental moving trucks.
  • Does Meadowlands Moving Labor assess fees for travel & stairs?
    No. Meadowlands Moving Labor service rates include travel, flights of stairs, credit card processing fees & NJ Sales Tax.
  • Is Meadowlands Moving Labor Insured?
    Yes. Meadowlands Moving Labor is a fully insured Moving Labor, U-Box Moving, & Furniture/Appliance Delivery and Installation company.
  • What payment methods are accepted by Meadowlands Moving Labor?
    Meadowlands Moving Labor accepts the following payment methods listed below: - Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover) - U-Haul 6 Digit Payment Code - Zelle - Electronic Check - Cash Please Note: Meadowlands Moving Labor does not assess a credit card processing fee.
  • What is the Meadowlands Moving Labor service cancellation policy?
    Clients requesting service cancellation with Meadowlands Moving Labor must cancel within 14 business days before the scheduled service date. Clients who cancel outside of the 14 business day window are assessed the total for services plus $75 Non-Refundable Service Cancellation Fee automatically charged to the credit card placed on file upon reserving services. This cancellation is also applicable to clients who exhibit misconduct towards the Meadowlands Moving Labor Team. However, the client will be assessed the total for services plus $150 Non-Refundable Service Cancellation Fee.
  • Does Meadowlands Moving Labor require pre-payment for services?
    No. Payments are remitted to Meadowlands Moving Labor upon completion of services.
  • As a client, I would like a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, will Meadowlands Moving Labor provide me a copy upon request?
    All clients who reserve services with Meadowlands Moving Labor are entitled to upon request a complimentary copy of our certificate of insurance. Clients who wish to add an additional insured are assessed a Non-Refundable $160 Additional Insured Service Fee + NJ Sales Tax
  • I requested Safeload on my MovingHelp service request, will I be provided a copy of the Safeload Certificate of Insurance
    Per Meadowlands Moving Labor company policy, all clients requesting Safeload on their MovingHelp service request are emailed a copy of the Safeload Certificate of Insurance based on the state where the services will be performed.
  • My apartment building requires moving companies to provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to moving day, how should I proceed?
    Meadowlands Moving Labor will email you an electronic form in which you can forward to your property manager to complete. Please Note: The building property manager must complete the form and remit the Non-Refundable Additional Insured Service Fee based on the processing speed requested within 30 business days prior to the service date. All requests made outside of the 30 business day window will result in automatic rejection.
